Of course we abide by the NZ Consumers Guarantees Act and we are happy to provide a refund, repair, exchange or store credit for faulty items, ...really, who wouldn't?!

Plus, we really believe in our products, we are meticulous, all internal seams are over-locked, external seams top-stitched, and we thoroughly inspect every garment as we go and before we add it to our racks.

Nevertheless, we also go above and beyond the laws of the consumer guarantees act and we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit if it's as simple as it doesn't fit the way you expected or you've changed your mind.  In this case, you will need to return the original garment to us in new condition, tracked, at your cost, we will send your new garment (same value) via courier at our cost.
